WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
We currently offer returns or exchanges within 5 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, or exchange for a different product.


To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

1. Send us an email at hello@bayitjudaica.com to start your return.
2. Include order number and the items you are returning.
3. Send all items back in original packaging.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

• Items purchased at a discount or on sale are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must be in their original packaging, including packing slip.
• Returned items must not be damaged, or with visible signs of wear or use.
• Return request is only valid if within 5 days of receiving your order, returns initiated after this window will not be processed. No exceptions.
• There will be a charge of $8 for the the return shipping label, and the cost of return shipping will be automatically deducted from the refund total.
• We do not take any responsibility if an item is returned damaged.
• Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns of multiple orders should not be combined and will result in processing delays.
